NationLink ("we", "us") runs a job board and second-hand marketplace at https://pqafsga.lol and the matching Android app. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can delete it.

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, optional phone number, country, and a password stored only as a salted hash.
• Content you post: job and product listings, photos you upload, and chat messages you send.
• Reports: the text you submit when reporting a listing or user.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details in server logs, a session cookie, and an API token if you use the app. We use the IP address to guess your country and to limit abuse.

We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or cross-site tracking. The Android app only needs the INTERNET permission. Photos are picked through the system file picker.

2. How we use it

• Show listings from the country you selected, in the language for that country.
• Let buyers and job seekers chat with the person who posted a listing.
• Keep the service safe: rate limiting, spam control, moderation of reported content.
• Contact you about your account when needed.

3. Who can see your data

• Listings are public. Other visitors see the title, description, photos, city, price or salary, and your display name. Your email and phone are not shown.
• Chat messages are visible to the two people in the conversation. Our moderators may read a conversation when a report is filed or to enforce the rules.
• To detect the country for a visitor, the IP address may be sent to a geolocation lookup service chosen by the site operator. Only the IP address is sent. Results are cached for up to 30 days.
• We disclose data if the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Account data, listings, photos and messages stay until you delete them or delete your account. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. Cached IP-to-country results expire automatically.

5. Delete your account and data

You can delete your account at any time:

• In the app or on the site: Me → Delete account, or open https://pqafsga.lol/account/delete.
• Deletion removes your profile, listings, uploaded photos, chats and API tokens right away. It cannot be undone.
• If you cannot log in, email support@pqafsga.lol from your registered address and we will delete the account manually.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or similar laws) you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email support@pqafsga.lol and we will answer within a reasonable time. You can also edit your profile and listings directly in the app.

7. Children

The service is not meant for people under 16. If we learn that a child has registered, we delete the account.

8. Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, forms are protected against CSRF, and database access uses prepared statements. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.

9. International use

Our servers may be in a different country from yours. By using the service you accept that your data is processed where the servers run.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
