By using NationLink (website and Android app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

NationLink lets people post jobs and sell second-hand items, and chat with each other. We only provide the platform. We are not an employer, a seller, a buyer, or an escrow agent, and we are not a party to any deal between users.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate details.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Me → Delete account.

3. What you may post

Do not post anything that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. In particular:

• No weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit items, or items that are illegal in the listed country.
• Job posts must be real. Do not ask applicants to pay fees, and do not collect sensitive documents before a real hiring process.
• Products must be accurately described and honestly priced. Use your own photos.
• No spam, scraping, or automated posting.

4. Deals between users

Agree prices, payment and delivery directly with the other person. Meet in a safe public place and check items before paying. We do not guarantee that listings, users or jobs are genuine, and we are not liable for losses from deals made through the service.

5. Chat and conduct

Be respectful. Harassment, threats and scams lead to removal. Reports are reviewed by moderators who may read the reported conversation.

6. Moderation

We may hide or delete listings, messages and accounts that break these terms or the law, with or without notice. You can report content with the Report button.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a limited licence to store and display it in the service so that it can work. You confirm you have the right to post it.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We may change, pause or stop it at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other users do.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
